The autonomous region of northern and eastern Syria has been targeted by a new military escalation by Turkey for a week. The Turkish army, supported by its jihadist proxy forces, is attacking residential areas on a daily basis. Since last weekend, at least three civilians and a total of 14 fighters of the HRE, YPG (People's Defense Units) and the Manbij Military Council have been killed by targeted drone attacks, which, in addition, left many injured, including children. On Friday, a hospital in Tel Rifat was shelled and four people were injured, some seriously.
