Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE-Hêzên Rizgariya Efrînê) released a statement announcing continued operations against the Turkish invasion army and allied mercenaries in and around Afrin.

According to the statement, the most recent actions carried out by HRE fighters left 2 Turkish soldiers and 3 mercenaries dead, while 1 soldier and 6 mercenaries were wounded.

The statement by Afrin Liberation Forces gave the following details regarding two separate actions carried out by their units against invaders in villages of Afrin on January 28.

Our fighters targeted an ammunition-laden vehicle transporting Turkish soldiers and terrorists in Gobele village of Afrin. Two soldiers and one terrorist was killed here, while one soldier and three terrorists were wounded. The vehicle and the ammunition loaded on it was also destroyed.

Another action by HRE fighters targeted a location of Ahrar Al-Sham mercenary group stationed in the village of Dermishmish. Two mercenaries were killed and three others wounded here.”
