Hundreds in Serêkaniyê bid farewell to two YPG fighters Nebo Sileman Nebo (Dindar Gur) and Ferec Çireq (Nêçîrvan) who were martyred in Turkish airstrike on Qereçox on April 25 night.
Speaking at the funeral ceremony at Rüstem Cudi Cemetery of Martyrs, Serêkaniyê Martyrs' Families Assembly Member Ebdulrezak Ehmed pointed out the fascist Turkish state's plans against Rojava Kurdistan, noting that farewell to martyrs from Turkish airstrikes was bid under ongoing attacks of Turkish forces.
Bahoz Serêkaniyê on behalf of YPG/YPJ vowed to continue their struggle and avenge the martyrs, stressing that; “The invading Turkish army cannot weaken us nor break our will with its intervention and attacks. We promise to follow the footsteps of our martyrs.”
Families of both martyrs also promised to follow the path of their children.
The fallen YPG fighters were then laid to rest with slogans.
