People from the villages of Kobanê Canton rose up to express their reactions to the threats and invasion attacks of the Turkish state and affiliated gangs on Efrîn and to demand an end to the aggravated isolation on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan, and staged a march along with all their local administration members, institutions and a representative of the Democratic Autonomy Executive Council.
The mass set off from Bêndira Biçûk village and marched until Bêndira Mezin village holding pictures of martyrs and posters of Öcalan and banners which read "We salute the resistance of Efrîn's people." The people chanted slogans in favor of Efrîn's resistance and for the freedom of the Kurdish Leader.
After the demonstrators reached their destination at Bêndira Mezin village, speeches were given by Sûad Şêx Demir and Ehmed Xoce from the Executive Council of TEV-DEM of the western region and Gelhat Muslim, member of Rojava Youth's Union.
The speakers condemned the attacks of the occupying Turkish state and affiliated gangs on Efrîn, and stated that the people will not yield and will continue demonstrations for the freedom of Öcalan and in support of Efrîn.
The demonstration ended afterwards with chants of slogans in support of the resistance of Efrîn and for the freedom of the Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
