The congress held in the Aram Tigran Center in Rimelan started yesterday with 143 delegates and representatives from the Autonomous Administration and NGOs.

The congress continued on day 2 without the press and the Preparation Committee issued a written statement on the congress and said elections for the Disciplinary Committee and Council elections will be held today.
