While Turkey continues to target critical infrastructure in Northern and Eastern Syria endangering society's supply of water, electricity and fuel, the people of the region display an unbreakable will of resistance.

With their very own bodies, they shield the infrastructure Turkey wants to bomb.

The Internationalist Commune of Rojava is publishing some testimonies by women defending the infrastructure.

Rojin said: "We came today as human shields to stand in for our infrastructure. Those institutions were not built easily. They were built with the effort of thousands of Martyrs. We are connected with our martyrs until the end. The people will continue to take a stand against those attacks."
