Hundreds of members of Kongreya Star and Young Women's Union marched to protest the isolation imposed on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.
The women carrying the photos of Abdullah Öcalan chanted slogans demanding freedom. Eyşe Mihemed, member of the North and East Syria Coordination of Kongreya Star said that the isolation is practiced by the enemies of democracy and added: “The enemies of democracy want to distance us from it and enslave us.”
Afrin Young Women's Union member, Rîm Dada underlined that they will follow the ideas of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and said: “Young people should increase the struggle against the Turkish state.”
