Deir ez-Zor Women's Administration organized a march to condemn the occupation threats issued the occupying Turkish state against Northern and Eastern Syria.

Thousands of women from the towns of al-Jazra, al-Kasra, al-Bessra and al-Sor, as well as members of the civil institutions, joined the march.

The march began at the exit of the town of al-Kasra. Women carried banners condemning the threats issued by the occupying Turkish state and chanted anti-occupation slogans.

The march turned into a rally at the town's main junction. Speaking here, member of the Deir ez-Zor Women's Coordination, Shehrezad al-Jasim, condemned the threats issued by the Turkish state.

Al-Jasim said that they would never accept the Turkish occupation and would not allow the Ottoman era to go back to life again in the region.

Zehra al-Mahmud, speaking on behalf of the Women's Committee of the Legislative Assembly, said that women in the region would stand against all occupation attacks.

Eliya al-Xelef said that the invading Turkish state aims to carry out massacres in the region and stir a conflict among the peoples of the region.
