The Workers’ Committee in Girkê Legê called on the international community to take a stance against Turkish attacks.
In a press statement issued by the Workers' Committee in Girkê Legê, the attacks of the occupying Turkish army against Northern Syrian regions were condemned.
A press release was read in front of the Labor Committee office by Committee’s co-chair, Abid Elo.
The statement underlined how the attacks were the result of the frustration of Erdogan’s efforts against the democratic nation project. Erdogan, said the statement, tried to replace the democratic nation project with his own project of death and occupation.
The statement also condemned Turkish attacks on journalists, and sent wishes to ANHA’s wounded reporters, underlining that these attacks are carried out once again to help DAESH and other mercenaries which are on the verge of total defeat.
The statement ended with an appeal to the international community to not remain silence on the attacks carried out by Turkey.
