The Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) issued a written statement on the massacre carried out by the Turkish state in Til Rifat and the murder of Sada Feysal al-Harmoush co-chair of Al-Dashisha civil council and her deputy Hind al-Khedr
by ISIS mercenaries.
The MSD said that it will continue to struggle to end the Syrian crisis and added:
"Our insistence on the implementation of UN resolution 2254 in order to solve the crisis peacefully continues. Despite the invasion attacks carried out by the Turkish state, the fascist approach of the Damascus government and the silence of Russia and the US, we will continue our struggle for dialogue. The Northern and Eastern Syrian revolution is known all over the world as the women's revolution.
Women have stripped ISIS and Erdogan of their power. That's why the Turkish state and ISIS started targeting women. Til Rifat is an example. As a result of the attack of the Turkish state, 4 people, including Nazliyê Mistefa, a displaced woman from Afrin, were killed and 9 were injured. Erdogan is the spiritual father of ISIS. That's why Sada Feysal al-Harmoush and Hind al-Khedr were murdered. With the support the International Coalition, the MSD military wing, the SDF (Syrian Democratic Forces) eliminated ISIS cells. The Turkish state is aware of the fact that it can no longer go to Syrian territory once its mercenaries, ISIS, are eliminated. It will no longer be able to use the Syrian crisis and the immigrants card.”
The statement added: “As MSD, we want Turkey to be held accountable for these crimes. We call on the UN, women's institutions, legal organizations and the international community to end the occupation of the Turkish state and these crimes against humanity as soon as possible."
