Dozens of members of the Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement and Young Women's Union gathered in Xana Serê. Protesting the Turkish state's Medya Defense Areas, young people marched with torches to support the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign.

Young people carried photos of the martyrs during the march which kicked off from the Xana Serê People's Municipality. The youth, who shouted slogans condemning the Turkish state during the march, paid tribute to the martyrs when they reached the Xana Serê Junction.

Şînda Baco, a member of the Young Women's Association, read the statement prepared on behalf of the youth. The statement emphasized that the youth stand by the resistance in Zap, Avashin and Metina, and saluted the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Action launched against the Turkish state. Condemning the attacks of the Turkish state against the Medya Defense Areas, the youth pointed out that the HPG continues to write heroic epics.
