A new rally against the occupying Turkish army has been organized by youth organisations.
The young people in Tirbespiyê district in Qamishlo joined the rally organised by the Rojava Youth Union (YCR) and Young Women's Union (YJC) to protest against the occupation attacks carried out by the Turkish state on Shengal and South Kurdistan.
Hundreds of young people joined the march, which started in front of YCR headquarters. Many slogans were chanted, all condemning the attacks of the Turkish state, as youths were marching along the streets of the eastern neighborhoods of the district.
Young Women's Union member Bêrîvan Silo addressed the crowd.
Silo, who described the attack of the Turkish state against Shengal as the continuation of the attack carried out by DAESH (ISIS) mercenaries, said: "As Rojava youth, we will oppose any invasion attempt by the Turkish state”.
