Youth march for Öcalan continues from Tirbespiyê
The long march launched by young people from Qamishlo to Dêrik to protest the anniversary of the international conspiracy against Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan, reached Tirbespiyê.
The long march launched by young people from Qamishlo to Dêrik to protest the anniversary of the international conspiracy against Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan, reached Tirbespiyê.
The long march from Qamishlo to Dêrik is organised by the Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement. 300 young people are marching to support the initiative launched by the KCK and to condemn the international conspiracy against Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan which led to his capture on February 1999. The young people also march to condemn the attacks carried out by the Turkish state.
The march reached the district of Tirbespiyê where the young people were greeted with applause and slogans by the district residents at the Freedom Crossroad.
The young people spend the night in Tirbespiyê and today will walk towards Dêrik.
