YPG fighter Diyar Efrîn (Ehmed Kedro) died of illness in a hospital in Aleppo on February 13. Today he was buried in Ehris in the northern Syrian canton of Shehba.

Hundreds of people from Afrin and Shehba participated in the funeral at the cemetery of martyrs. Recep Mustafa expressed his condolences to the relatives on behalf of the Council of the Martyrs’ Families. Şiraz Hemo recalled the martyrs of the liberation struggle and said that the people of Afrin continue to resist despite occupation and oppression.

After the reading of the death certificate, the body of Diyar Efrîn was buried.
