YPG foils attacks by Turkish supported gangs against Afrin

YPG announced that gangs attacked Merenaz, Baflon and Villa Qadi villages with heavy weapons in Sera district on Saturday night. YPG/YPJ fighters immediately responded and hit the positions of the attackers.
The gangs pushed for another attacked Merenaz village late on Saturday but that attack was also foiled by YPG.
No casualties were reported by the YPG/YPJ while there is no information about the losses of the gangs.
Meanwhile, in southern borders of Afrin canton, Turkish gangs attacked Derbelut village with rockets. The attacker's positions were hit by Kurdish artillery, according to local sources. No casualties were reported on both sides.
