YPG hits invaders in Afrin: 9 dead

In actions against gangs by YPG fighters in Turkish-invaded Afrin, at least 9 Turkish soldiers and mercenaries have been killed.
YPG Press Center announced that several actions were carried out against the invading Turkish army and their mercenaries in several locations between June 30 and July 3. YPG also announced that at least 9 Turkish soldier and mercenaries were killed in these actions in Afrin city center and 5 districts.
YPG said since the Turkish invasion attacks started on January 20, the Turkish army and their allied mercenaries have 2.502 casualties in total.
Details about the latest actions were provided as follows:
“Our forces have carried out a series of actions against the invading Turkish army and the gang groups under their command in the Afrin city center and districts as part of phase 2 in the Afrin Resistance of the Age. Details on the actions between June 30 and July 3 are as follows:
-On June 30, our forces carried out an ambush action against the invading Turkish army units and the Faylaq Al Sham gang group in the Mabeta district of Afrin. 1 soldier was killed and several gang members wounded in the action.
-On July 1, our forces carried out an effective action against the Faylaq Al Sham gang group in the Meryemînê and Malikiyê villages in the Shera district of Afrin. 4 gang members were killed in the action while 3 others were severely wounded.
-On July 2, our forces carried out a sabotage action against invading Turkish army units patroling the Mehmûdiyê neighborhood of Afrin. 3 soldiers were killed in the action while 2 others were wounded.
-On July 2, one of our units carried out an assassination action against a unit under the Firqat Hemze gang group on the Afrin-Raco road. The gang member was killed in the action.
-On July 3, our forces carried out an action against the so-called headquarters of the Ahrar Sharqiya gang group after a long pursuit. The number of casualties couldn’t be ascertained for this action.
