YPG statement on ongoing Turkish military attacks

People's Defense Units (YPG) Press Office released a written statement on the attacks of the Turkish army and affiliated gangs against Rojava for the past four days.
YPG stated that the Turkish army and affiliated gangs still continue their invasion attacks against Efrîn, while Turkish aircraft traffic over Efrîn and Kobanê has been intensified.
The statement by YPG Press Office is as follows:
"On 05.07.2017, gangs affiliated with the invading Turkish army attacked Maranezê village in Efrîn's Shera district with tanks and DShK fire. During the same hours, the Basûfanê Village in Efrîn's Shêrewa district was also shelled with DShK weapons. Drones were scouting over Qestelê, Maranezê and Belûniyê on the same day.
On 06.07.2017, gangs affiliated with the Turkish army continued attacks on Basûfanê village with DShK weapons. Drones were scouting over Shiyê this day, while jets of the Turkish army were seen flying over Kobanê's western region.
On 07.07.2017, gangs affiliated with the Turkish army continued shelling Basûfanê with DShK weapons as well as the Martyr Şîlan hill with DShK and BKC weapons. Drones carried out reconnaissance flights over Qestelê hill, Kefer Cenê and Xedametê. Soldiers of the Turkish army and affiliated gangs continued attacks on Maranezê, Eyn Deqnê, Minix and Belûniyê villages with tanks and dushkas. On the same day, gangs shelled the Şêxler town of Kobanê east of the Euphrates with DShK weapons.
On 08.07.2017, gangs affiliated with the Turkish army attacked Baz hill in Efrîn's Cindirêsê district. As a result of these shellings, fire erupted in the region and the fields of the villagers burned. Gangs that attempted to hit Basûfanê village in Efrîn's Cindirêsê district once again, were detected by our forces, whereafter clashes broke out between our forces and the gangs affiliated to the Turkish state. The gangs could not withstand the response of our forces and fled back. Clear details couldn't be obtained regarding the dead or injured of the gangs. After the gangs fled the battlefield, the shelling on Basûfanê village with mortars and howitzers went on. The gangs attacked on the same day Bêlûniyê village in Efrîn's Shera district with mortars and DShK weapons."
