The Turkish army and its jihadist proxy troops of the mercenary association "Syrian National Army" (SNA) put the town of Zirgan (ar. Abu Rasen) under artillery fire. The main targets of the attacks are the village of Kesre in the north-west of Zirgan and the connecting road 712 towards Dirbêsiyê.
Artillery fired from the Turkish occupied zone also hit the nearby villages of Dade Ebdal, El-Bûbî, Esediye and Til Ziyab. There is still no reliable information on the effects of the ongoing attacks.
Targets in the town of Ain Issa are also under fire. The village of Mualeq, the Ain Issa camp west of the city centre and the M4 road are affected. Here, too, the bombardments continue in isolated cases.
Turkey is attacking the autonomous areas in the north and north-west of Syria from the occupied areas on a daily basis. There are constant reconnaissance flights in the airspace over northern and eastern Syria. In fact, the entire region is under continuous drone surveillance.
