MSD Education Office presents new regulation

New charter outlines school system for Northern Syria education project.

The Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) Education Office held a meeting with the Raqqa, Tabqa, Manbij and Deir ez-Zor.

The meeting was held in the MSD building in the town of Ayn Isa, and was attended by representatives of the various education committees as well as the co-chairs of the MSD Education Office, Receb El-Misheref and Nesrîn Diko.

After a minute’s silence, the meeting began with the evaluations and proposals about the new education regulation.

After the debate and successive proposals the new education regulation was adopted.

Speaking to ANHA about the meeting, Nesrîn Diko stated that the autonomy of each area was taken into account in the new education regulation and accepted by the various education committees.

The new charter outlines the school system, the dates for the beginning and end of schools, the duties and rights of teachers, and general education rules.
