Jin News revealed that 27 people, including soldiers, police and village guards, raped a child and dragged two women to prostitution in Gercüş, district of Batman.
While the reporter who made the report was threatened by special team police, a publication ban was imposed on the news titled "Gercüş rape investigation: 27 names involving soldiers, police, village guards".
It was stated that the decision was taken by Gercüş Criminal Judge of Peace.
