Northern and Eastern Syria Education and Training Board and Manbij Canton Democratic Autonomous Administration attended the annual meeting of the Manbij Canton Education and Training Board Women's Committee.

Huda Şêx Hesen, co-chair of the Northern and Eastern Syria Education and Training Board, said that the board was trying to promote the idea of ​​a democratic nation and freedom in students through teachers.

Manbij Canton Democratic Autonomous Administration Executive Council co-chair Ezab El Ebûd Azab said that the council's efforts to improve education are important.

At the meeting, Leader Abdullah Öcalan's thoughts about education and training were read. After that, a video was shown about the activities of the committee throughout the year.

The meeting, where the annual report of the Women's Committee was read, ended with the decision to carry out "awareness campaigns against special war" as well as "training sessions to empower women in terms of management."

The delegates also decided to visit schools frequently and to carry out "studies aimed at solving the problems in schools and all educational institutions. The situation of female students in private institutions will be monitored."
