East Kurdistan women's movement KJAR is holding a conference in Cologne tomorrow, Saturday, to support the KJK campaign of solidarity with Yazidi and Afghan women.
The Community of Free Women of East Kurdistan (KJAR) will organize a conference tomorrow, Saturday, in Cologne to support the campaign launched by the Kurdistan Women's Community (KJK) under the slogan "We stand by the women of Afghanistan and Shengal against the attacks of male hegemony". The campaign was launched to mark the anniversary of the Shengal Genocide and the Taliban regime's rule in Afghanistan.
A large number of women is expected to attend the conference, including Tamna Zaryab Periani, head of the Libertarian Women's Movement, Mecbure Oba, the representative of the Roof Organization of Yazidi Women's Councils (Sîwana Meclîsên Jinên Êzidî-SMJÊ), and journalist and Ehwazî Human Rights Activist Roza Sabet.
The conference will be held at Allerweltshaus, Geisselstrasse 3-5, 50823 Cologne.
