Swiss politicians issued a message of solidarity with Amed Municipality imprisoned co-mayor Gültan Kışanak, on International Working Women's Day.

Swiss parliamentarians from the Zurich-Amed Brotherhood Bridge released a video in solidarity with co-mayor of Amed, Gültan Kışanak, who has been held in prison for more than 4 years.

The solidarity video includes the message of the Chairman of the Zurich Canton Government Corine Mauch, the Minister responsible for security of the Zurich Canton Government, Karin Rykart, the Green Party Zürich Deputy Katharina Prelicz-Huber, the Social Democratic Party of Zurich Deputy Cèline Widmer and the Social Democratic Party Co-General Secretary Rebekka Wyler.
