Women's Solidarity Committee staged a demonstration in capital city of Argentina, Buenos Aires in protest at the genocidal attacks of the Turkish state in Kurdistan.

In the demo organized by Women's Solidarity Committee at the Obelisco Square in Buenos Aires, demonstrators exhibited photographs depicting the Turkish state's destruction and genocidal attacks in Northern Kurdistan.

Informative writings and leaflets were handed out, exposing the situation in Northern Kurdistan towns like Sur, Cizre, Nusaybin and Şırnak, and telling that the people are being forced out of their homes and lands due to the all-out destruction of their streets, villages and towns by the state. Demonstrators called on the Argentinian revolutionary and feminist women to defend the Kurdistan revolution led by women and show support for the fighting women and forces of the Kurdish people.

Members of the Women's Solidarity Committee stressed that the ideology and struggle of the Kurdish women's movement was also a hope for the Argentinian women who therefore raised their voices against Turkey's attacks.

The women also unfurled a banner reading “Stop Turkey's bombardments on Kurdistan! Viva Kurdistan revolution!” in Corrientes, one of the busiest streets of Buenos Aires.
