Aleppo Artists Union organises event for orphan children
The Aleppo Artists Union organized an event for the children of the Orphan Children's Association.
Artists and painters drew pictures on the walls of the union's building.
The co-chair of the Artists Union, Yara Hisko, stated that their main duty as artists is to make orphans happy, and added that this event was organized on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
On the other hand, artist Hesen Mihemed sang songs for children as part of the event.
The Association for Orphaned Children was opened last year thanks to the joint work of Aleppo's neighbourhoods of Şêxmeqsud and Eşrefiye Assembly and Heyva Sor a Kurd.
