The Yazidi radio channel Dengê Çira Şengalê is back on air. The radio was discontinued for some time due to technical problems.

Since the end of December there has been a daily broadcast time from 7 am to 9 pm local time. In addition to news broadcasts and current programs, a lot of music is played.

As Xelîl Helîqî and Sena Qîranî said on behalf of the radio station, the people from Shengal should have their say in the new programs and the Yazidi culture should be spread: “We will convey the voice and colour of our community to the whole world and hope that everyone has a good time listening and getting to know it."
