The book "The Story of My Heart", about PKK Executive Committee member Atakan Mahir, who fell as a martyr in 2018 in Dersim, was presented in the cities of Geneva and Bern.
The book “The Story of My Heart”, about Ibrahim Çoban (Atakan Mahir), a member of the PKK Executive Committee and HPG Command Council, who fell as a martyr in Dersim on 11 August 2018, was presented in the Swiss cities of Geneva and Bern.
The book 'The Story of My Heart' was written by Atakan Mahir's friends in the struggle, Şiyar Dersim and Nûjiyan Munzur and also includes poems and stories written by Mahir.
Atakan Mahir's sister, politician Hatice Çoban, attended the book launch organized by the European Kurdish Women's Movement (TJK-E).
The book was presented on Sunday after the Bern Democratic Kurdish Community Center Congress and was signed by Hatice Çoban.
A promotional event for the book was also held in Geneva. After the speech of TJK-E Term spokesperson Rabia Baldemir, Hatice Çoban talked about Atakan Mahir's participation in the struggle and about his life.
The ‘Story of My Heart’ will continue to be promoted with events to be held in many cities in Europe.
