On Thursday, the mine engineering teams of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) successfully dismantled a mine planted by ISIS cells on the road to the village of Al-Takihi, in the town of Al-Busayrah, Deir ez-Zor’s eastern countryside.
The SDF Press Center said: “The terrorist organization ISIS continues to employ all forms of terrorist tactics to undermine the security and stability of the local population and endanger their lives.”
Despite these attempts, SDF forces remain committed to pursuing and eliminating the remnants of ISIS until they are completely eradicated, the statement underlined.
