HPG: Two Turkish soldiers killed, one helicopter and one excavator hit

The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla carried out actions in Metîna and Zap. Two Turkish soldiers, one of whom a ranking officer, were killed, while one helicopter and one excavator were hit.

The HPG Press Center issued a statement detailing the guerrillas actions in Metîna and Zap and the attacks by the Turkish army.

Martyr Delîl Western Zap region:

On 15 November at 08:55, one projector in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area was hit and destroyed by a sniper attack.

On 16 November at 15:20, an excavator trying to build a road in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area was targeted and hit by our YJA Star forces with heavy weapons. The operation of this excavator was stopped.

On 15 November at 10:10, the invaders in the Girê Bahar Resistance Area were targeted and hit with an assassination tactic, and one invader was killed. This action was carried out by our YJA Star forces.

On 16 November at 13:30, the invaders in the Girê Bahar Resistance Area were taken under control and targeted and shot with an assassination tactic. In this action, one soldier, who was the ranking commander of the invading group, was killed.

Metîna region:

On 15 November at 23:56, an attack helicopter in the Dergelê Resistance Area was hit and damaged by our forces.

Attacks carried out by the Turkish army with banned explosives:

On 15 and 16 November, our tunnels in the Girê FM Resistance Area of ​​the Martyr Delîl Western Zap region were bombed twice with banned explosives.

On 14, 15 and 16 November, the Xinêreya Jor, Qele, Berbizinê, Sinînê Resistance Areas of the Xakurkê region were attacked 8 times; Spindarê, Girgaşê, Desta Kafya areas of the Garê region 9 times, Serê Metîna Resistance Area of ​​the Metîna region once; Martyr Delîl Western Zap region's Girê Bahar Resistance Area once. In total, the guerrilla's areas were hit 19 times by the Turkish army."
