Journalist Esra Solin Dal, who was released from Bakırköy Women's Closed Prison on Tuesday, said that they will continue to expose isolation in the country.
Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reporter Esra Solin Dal, who was arrested on 26 April within the scope of an Istanbul-based investigation and kept in isolation for approximately 25 days, was released from Bakırköy Women's Closed Prison on Monday.
Esra Solin Dal made a short speech and said that she was arrested because of the news she wrote about isolation and women.
The journalist said that there is a reality of isolation in the country and that the isolation in Imrali is very heavy. She added that the journalists will continue to write about the isolation.
Solin Dal continued: "Pressures against journalists have existed before. And because of that, we were arrested. Isolation in Imralı continues. What we have seen is that everyone who exposed isolation is also subjected to isolation. Free Media cannot be silenced."
