Human Rights Association (İHD) made a press statement in its office to draw attention to the detainments that have recently taken place in Adana.
İHD Adana President İlhan Öngör stated that political genocide operations in Adana began after the arrests of HDP Co-Presidents and parliamentarians, and announced that 100 people, 32 of whom are children, have been detained so far.
Öngör noted that the reasons for the detainments remain unknown, and demanded the immediate release of the people that have been unlawfully detained.
