Prisoners went on hunger strike in 104 jails on 27 November. Now the protest continues in 106 prisons with the slogan "Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan, solution to the Kurdish question". And together with the protest, the attacks on the prisoners also continue.
According to the information provided by the Çukurova Association for Assistance with the Families of Detainees and Convicts, all prisoners who continued their hunger strike in Antalya High Security Prison were sentenced to 10 days in solitary confinement.
It was learned that other prisoners were also subjected to oral searches and handcuffs while being transferred to the hospital, and those who did not accept this were taken back to prison without getting their treatment.
