Yazidis sheltered in Fidanlık camp which belongs to Yenişehir Municipality in the main Kurdish city Amed held a demonstration demanding the assurance of their right to life.

"Save my mother and sister from ISIS", "We want peace", "Why wouldn't the world protect Yazidis?" and "Where is my father" read the signs carried by children, youths and women joining the demonstration.

Reading a statement on behalf of 3,580 Yazidis in Fidanlık camp, Xıdır Heci called on the world to help save the Yazidi women held by ISIS for the sake of humanity.

Remarking that 19 Yazidi children were massacred by ISIS gangs several days ago, Xıdır Heci said; "Why is the world remaining silent at this? If there is any humanity left on the world, hear our voice and scream."

Pointing out that everybody is speaking on behalf of the Sinjar people, Heci urged all these to not to make decisions on their behalf, adding; "We can make our decisions by ourselves. We, the people of Sinjar, just want the assurance of our right to life. This is our only demand from the world public opinion. We do not want to return to Sinjar before it is liberated."
