Political genocide operations continued in Van’s Ercis and Muradiye districts and their villages this morning. Gendarmerie Special Operations units broke down doors in house raids and detained 12 people.

Nihat Macit, Kiyasettin Ulugana, Ibrahim Yilmaz, Ayten Yardimci, Adem Sala and 5 others yet to be identified were detained in Ercis, as well as villagers Osman Basak and Cemil Gezer from Muradiye.
