Tunceli Governorate announced that 7 police officers, 1 non-commissioned officer, 1 judge and 3 personnel in the helicopter have died.
The crashed helicopter was a S-70 Black Hawk medium transport/utility one manufactured by the United States Sikorsky Aircraft. With two crew and one technician, the helicopter can move a squad of 18 fully-equipped combat troops.
