Snipers from gang groups affiliated to the SNC, which includes the ENKS, have wounded 12 year old Şemis Mihemed in Şêx Meqsûd neighborhood.
The child was wounded on 20th Street and taken by the neighborhood residents to Heyva Sor a Kurd Medical Center for treatment.
