Hakkari Governorate released a statement and announced that 31 areas within the boundaries of Hakkari city center and Çukurca, Şemdinli and Yüksekova districts have been declared “special military zones”.

Access to these areas will be restricted from 25 December 2017 to 8 January 2018.
