The AKP-MHP regime has accelerated its political genocide operations against the Kurdish people before the snap elections scheduled for June 24.

Turkish police forces conducted house raids in Bahçesaray and Gevaş districts of Van province this morning.

Gevaş DBP (Democratic Regions’ Party) district co-chair Bülent Aydın and 4 other people were taken into custody in the operation.

The detainees were taken to Gevaş district police department.
