As the curfew and state of siege continues in Şırnak's İdil district for 8 days, cardiac civilian M. Sadık Bozderi (57) who had been awaiting an ambulance for 5 days was found dead home today.

It has emerged that Bozderi was executed by state forces in his house in Atakent neighborhood to which state forces persistently denied ambulance access despite there being no trenches or barricades in the area.

The man who is originally from Amed and running a bakery in İdil was last reached 2 days ago when he had called for an ambulance once again, which was, however, traditionally not allowed “for security reasons”.

An ambulance of İdil Municipality went to the scene today upon an information by police, to see that the man had been shot dead in the chest and was lying in a pool of blood. His body has been taken to İdil State Hospital.
