Iranian regime forces have opened fire on a group of kolbars in the Shipirani region in Eastern Kurdistan’s Salmas province, killing one and injuring another.
The attack occurred in the Shipirani region on the border between Eastern and Southern Kurdistan.
Iranian forces targeted a group of kolbars, killing a kolbar named Feramerz Celî Baqwi (26) and injuring another named Zakirî Celî Baqwi (30). Baqwi is being treated in the Selmas Hospital.
Regime forces had raked through kolbars in the Mergewer region of Urmiya on October 20 and a kolbar naed Zekerya Bekirî had lost his life.
On October 17, a kolbar named Mistefa Hisênî was heavily wounded in the attack against kolbars in the Kanîzerdê district of Serdesht.
Kolbars trying to make a living in Rojhilate Kurdistan are subjected to systemic attacks, and one kolbar loses their life a day on average. At least 40 kolbars have been murdered since April, and dozens have been wounded.
Regime force patrol the border line as death commandos. They have total impunity for the crimes they commit, and are in fact encouraged by the government.
