While clashes continue non-stop on the 43rd day of attacks against the popular resistance for self-rule, anthems of resistance played in the neighborhoods where state forces can’t enter echo all around the district.
The self-rule resistance has entered its 43rd day in Mardin’s Nusaybin district. Şirin Avenue that connects Fırat and Abdulkadirpaşa neighborhoods was bombed with artillery fire from armored vehicles stationed around the old hospital. The bombing continued into the early morning hours. Black smoke covered the skies afterwards and there is ambulance activity in the district.
As clashes in the areas of self-rule intensify every day, state forces can’t advance in the face of the resistance. The youth in resistance neighborhoods play their anthems of resistance via loudspeakers which can be heard throughout the district.
Clashes in neighborhoods continue as of this hour.
