A Turkish army armored vehicle hit Hasan Hüseyin Çimen (60) at the central crossroads in Dersim. Çimen was heavily wounded and taken to Tunceli Public Hospital, but did not survive.

In recent years, dozens have lost their lives when they were ran over or shot at by armored vehicles in Kurdistan. In the city center, 71 years old Naciye Özdemir had lost her life when an armored police vehicle hit her in the Seyit Riza Square on September 6, 2016.
