An Hewler court under KDP ruling has issued an arrest warrant for the General Coordinator of Gorran (Change Movement) Nawshirwan Mustafa.

Speaker of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament, Yusuf Mohammed, had been blocked from entering Hewler 8 months ago as a result of the policies imposed by the KDP.

KDP previously voiced disturbance over the agreement made between PUK (Patriotic Union of Kurdistan) and Goran in the month of May, which "had a strategic Kurdistani program and was the demand from the Kurdish people, focusing on the unity of Kurds among themselves”, as the two parties stated.
