At least 12 soldiers of the Turkish army were wounded as a result of a blast in Nusaybin district of Mardin Wednesday afternoon.

According to reports coming through, the blast occurred after detonation of bombs in a building where a Turkish military unit was operating in Fırat neighborhood. The building collapsed as a result of the explosion, leaving at least 12 soldiers wounded, including one heavily.

Local sources also report dead among the soldiers targeted in the action.
