State forces have intensified their bombardment of neighborhoods in Gever over the past 3 days, and the self-administration resistance of YPS and YPS-JIN members against the curfew siege entered its 22nd day. Unable to break the resistance, state forces have been bombarding Cumhuriyet, Orman and Güngör neighborhoods with tanks located in the district regimental command and the road to Şemdinli.

The bombardment has intensified since last night, and violent explosions take place across the district. Ambulance and aerial activities have continued in Gever throughout the night.

State forces deployed several armed vehicles on İpekyolu Avenue, and YPS and YPS-JIN forces continue their resistance despite the on-going bombardment.
