State forces resumed their bombardment of neighborhoods in Hakkari’s Gever district where the resistance against the state of emergency enters its 21st day.

After the resistance of YPS and YPS-JIN forces upset their plans to enter the neighborhoods, state forces began to bombard Cumhuriyet, Güngör and Orman neighborhoods with tanks located in the district regimental command and the road to Şemdinli.

Hundreds of houses and businesses have been destroyed during the bombardment in the district where clashes continue. State forces prevent the fire department from intervening in fires caused by the bombardment.
