Governor of Kirkuk Najmaldin Karim called on the people to go their homes without engaging in any kind of celebrations for today’s Independence Referendum for Southern Kurdistan.
Calling attention to provocations, the governor said everyone had the right to follow the counting, but said it was banned to open fire in the air and take part in convoy tours around the city.
