Clashes in Dersim following an attack by guerrillas on police station

Following the attack, which was reportedly conducted with heavy weapons and rockets, police forces started opening random fire around the area.
While clashes in city center continue, one guerrilla is reported to have died and one other wounded, according to initial reports.
ESP (Socialist Party of the Oppressed) provincial executive Münevver İltemur reported that clashes continue in the city which is on the other hand witnessing an intense military deployment. Soldiers of the Turkish army have reportedly started an operation.
According to reports by local sources, one civilian woman has lost her life as police opened fire at random. Some other people are also reported wounded. Casualties have been taken to Dersim State Hospital.
As police forces continue opening fire on civilians, many have been reported detained.
Police and special operation teams have been deployed on many streets across the city, entrance to which has been prohibited by security forces.
