The popular resistance for self-rule against the state forces' genocidal attacks has left two months behind in the province of Şırnak.

The neighborhoods of İsmetpaşa, Bahçelievler, Yeni and Cumhuriyet where clashes intensify are being bombed by armored vehicles and heavy weaponry stationed around the city.

Huge smoke is rising from Yeni and İsmetpaşa neighborhoods that are furthermore hit with howitzer fire.

While violent clashes continue taking place in the areas of self-rule, mainly in Bahçelievler neighborhood, the city is witnessing intense UAV and ambulance activity in addition to the ongoing military build-up.
