Turkish authorities have declared curfew in 20 villages in Bingöl countryside and 16 villages in Amed countryside amid increasingly ongoing military operations in Northern Kurdistan territory.
Bingöl Governorate imposed a curfew in 20 villages and 82 neighborhoods and hamlets under these villages in Genç district of Bingöl. All the ways leading to these villages, neighborhoods and hamlets have been blocked and a military operation has been started in the region.
On the other hand, curfew has also been declared in 16 villages in Hani and Lice districts of Amed as of 05:00 this morning amid preparations for a military operation.
The villages placed under curfew in the rural areas of Amed and Bingöl provinces are located in the same territory and involved in the same operation by the Turkish military.
